High Intensity Construction Grade

Due to their special adhesive these films are sued for applications on polyolefin substrates. they are intended for the manufacture of temporary traffic control, guidance, construction site and information signs for mid-term outdoor applications (5 years).

The ORALITE 5831 HIGH INTENSITY CONSTRUCTION GRADE series with the print design required for construction site barriers is availabl;e both in the form of rolls and blanks. High Intensity Fleet Marking Grade

ORALITE 5081 LETTERING FILM is a high p[erformance cast black PVC film available with glossy and matt finished surfaces that ensures the highest possible resistance to fading and weathering.

Transparent Film

ORALITE 5061 TRANSPARENT FILM are coloured, high performance acrylate films with glossy finish. They are suitable for long term applications (10 years) on ORALITE reflective films of the series 5800/5810 HIGH/ INTENSITY GRADE.

Applied to white ORALITE reflective films of the series 5800/5810 HIGH INTENSITY GRADE, ORALITE 5061 TRANSPARENT FILM ensure compliance with the minium reflective values and colour coordinates of the European Standard DIN EN 12899-1 (reflection class RA2, design B) and international specifications for relfective materials of this class. The ORALITE 5061 series is suitable for the manufacture of traffic controol signs carrying the RAL quality label.

ORALITE 5090
Anti-Dew Film

ORALITE 5090 ANTI-DEW FILM is a self adhesive, transparent, specially treated acrylic film that was developed in particular for applications on ORALITE reflective films of the series 5800/5810 HIGH INTENSITY GRADE.

Correctly applied, the film guarantees undisturbed equal retroflection even under wet conditions. Applied to ORALITE reflective films of the series 5800/5810 HIGH INTENSITY GRADE, ORALITE 5090 ANTI-DEW FILM ensures compliance with the minimum reflective values and colour coordinates of the European Standard DIN EN 12899-1 (reflection class RA2,B) and international specifications for reflective materials of this class. ORALITE 5090 films provide full functionality for a period of 5 years.

Anti-Grafitti Film

ORALITE 5095 ANTI GRAFITTI FILM is a self adhesive, transparent fluoropolymer film developed to protect printed and unprinted ORALITE reflective films against grafitti vandalism.

Applied to ORALITE reflective films, ORALITE 5095 ANTI-GRAFITTI FILM ensures compliance with the minimum reflective values and colour coordinates of the European Standard DIN EN 12899-1 and international specifications for reflective materials of the respective class.
