Polycarbonate Multi-wall sheet is impact resistant and also has a high performance UV absorption layer, co-extruded to the outer surface, which prevents damaging UV radiation from penetrating the sheet. UV protection also means longer life and prevention of yellowing and loss of strength.
Sheet sizes up to 7mtrs in length, 2.1mtrs in width and in thicknesses of 10mm (twinwall), 16mm (triplewall) and 25mm (5 wall), all of which can be cut to size and specification and delivered to your door by our own fleet of vans and trucks.

Foamalux PVC Sheet
Foamalux provides the optimum surface finish for all types of processing,
giving outstanding results for printing, application of vinyl or digital
graphics and photographic print mounting.
A uniform expanded closed cell structure gives Foamalux an ideal
combination of strength and durability, resulting in excellent resistance
to knocks and scratches. Foamalux comes in a wide range of popular,
vibrant colours. Widely regarded as the best coloured sheets available,
they are specified and requested by many due to their depth and intensity
of colour.
As Foamalux sheets are self coloured, they reduce the visual impact of knocks and scratches, so will look better for longer. At approximately half the weight of solid PVC sheet and with Class 1 fire rating, Foamalux is ideal for use in exhibitions and displays.
White PVC Wall Cladding
Access Plastics supply 2.5mm Rigid PVC Sheet, used for wall cladding. This PVC sheet carries a class 1 fire rating, is easy to clean, is impervious to water (can also be steam cleaned) and is food prep approved.

Trims
A range of trim accessories is available to compliment installation and finish of PVC sheet. Trims are again PVC material and carry the same properties as PVC sheet.
H Section – Used when joining sheets or where two edges meet
J Trim – Used on top and bottom of sheets to give finished edge
External Corners – Sheet sits into ‘outside’ (in front) of the corner angle
Internal Corners – Sheet sits into ‘inside’ (behind) the angle, leaving a curved corner
Glue – Used to glue/bond the sheet to the surface/substrate
 | Rivets High impact, thermoplastic drive rivets are designed for fastening internal wall cladding sheets to a variety of substrates. Drive rivets can be used alone or in conjunction with adhesive.Features: Drive rivets are easy to install without the use of specialist tools and come in a variety of lengths to suit most applications. A precise surface fit prevents dirt from accumulating behind the rivets, ensuring they are suitable for use even in hygenic environments. All plastic construction offers excellent stain and corrosion resistance. Installation: Drill a clearance hole (6mm diameter) through the panel and into the substrate. Insert the rivet into the hole and tap the pin firmly home using a flat faced hammer. The barbed portion of the rivet will expand to give a secure grip and high pull-out resistance.
